The following guarantee is unconditionally extended to the financial guarantor of each student. At The Crossroads will resolve any concerns, problems or complaints to YOUR satisfaction.

Satisfaction Guarantee

After the Student has been in the program for 30 or more days, notification of any problems or concerns about the services provided should be given to the Crossroads staff in writing. Our Staff will make every effort to resolve the problem. If 30 days after receiving the notification, we are unable to resolve the problem to YOUR satisfaction and the problem is of such concern that you elect to remove the student from Crossroads, we will refund all program fees paid for the final 30 day period.
